Fixed Fee

Sometimes you just need one thing or on an as needed basis for your business to support your already solid HR processes. For a fixed fee you will be provided with a customized tool, document, or process for your business. This could include areas such as training, organizational restructuring and design, employer branding, compensation and benefits strategies, employee engagement initiatives, recruitment, or strategic planning sessions.

Retainer

Each month, we set aside a specific number of hours just for you, giving you priority access to The Consultant. This way, we can tackle your issues and projects quickly and efficiently. Plus, your Consultant gets to know your team and management better, which helps them understand potential challenges, find solutions, and get a feel for the company culture.
The On Call Option is great for small business owners that just need to know that they can call someone and get advice. This option provides unlimited phone calls and emails to discuss situations or get some input. Some of our clients use this option to provide strategic support to their more junior HR staff on difficult issues or strategic planning.
